Good Afternoon All
The Annual General Meeting for Gilmore and North West Morse Radio Club will take place on Thursday February 1, 2024 at St Marys Church Hall, Reddish (our normal venue), at 7.45pm. We would be very grateful for as many members as possible to attend. If you are unable to attend, please let me know and I can put the apologies in the minutes.
As per the constitution, we hereby give a minimum of 21 day’s notice to all our members in writing of the Annual General Meeting.
The agenda for the meeting will be
- Apologies for Absence
- Minutes of the previous AGM (Separate Document – attached)
- Approval of the Minutes
- Committee Full Report
- 23/24 Committee
- Confirmation of Audited Accounts.
- Any other business
- Presentation of awards – Net Attendance, Net Manager, Club Log.
Nigel 2E0CKA and Chris M0KCJ will conduct the AGM. The membership will be requested to confirm that they are happy for the Committee to continue with the running of Gilmore and North West Morse Radio Club.
Any other business should be raised to the Secretary not less than 21 days before the AGM.
